Per-picture permissions
Hi,
I am aware of this topic but I think that per-picture permissions would be a very useful feature. If it would be optional it could be enabled by users who would like to take into account potential performance degradation but benefit from it.
I have an album with pictures from different events. I would like to show some of them to some people, some of them to other people. But creating an album for few pictures, in the extreme case for 1 picture, wouldn't really make sense. And the few hardcoded groups are not enough here.
Any chance to add this feature or maybe a plugin supporting it?

Do you mean "Who can see this photo?" with selection {Admins, Family, Friends, Contacts, Everybody}? Or is there a way to grant users or groups permissions to see individual pictures and I'm too blind to find it? :)
I'm looking for the second since the first is a bit too restrictive.

Hm, but otherwise there is no way to share one or two photos (too few to create an album) with one or few particular people, isn't it?
Couldn't that feature be optional? Plugin?

as it's very easy to associate pictrues to any album, you can duplicate things very easily

Maybe a feature like 'deny for' a particular user or group of users can be useful?
