I have exactly the same problem as kuzco. Only difference is that I use the modus theme on PC / Mac where all is ok. I click on the video-image and the video is playing.

On mobile and tablets nothing happens when clicking on the video-image. I have to click on 'more Information' under the video-image, there I can play the video,

Hope that it can be corrected when using mobiles and tablets

are there any news regarding the problen to view a video with the mobile template ?

as requested I have created a new server with the following configuration:
- Windows 2011 HomeServer
- Betriebssystem: WINNT
- PHP: 5.6.0 (Info anzeigen) [2015-06-24 04:50:48]
- MySQL: 5.5.42 [2015-06-24 03:50:48]
- Grafikbibliothek: GD bundled (2.1.0 compatible)

The following plugins are active:
- Automatice Size 2.7.a
- GThumb+ 2.7.b
- LocalFileEditor
- MediaIcon 2.7.a
- Mobile Theme for Tablets 2.7.a
- Language Switch
- Video-js (latest version from GitHub)

Have created 3 albums (all physical under ./galleries/video-js)
- only pictures
- only videos
- pictures and videos

As already written, in mobile and tablets nothing happens when clicking on the video-image. I have to click on 'more Information' under the video-image, there I can play the video.
When using album /only_videos the theme is going directly in the 'more information' screen, so that videos can be played.
In this case I can not wipe the video, I have to use the arrow for next and previous.

Due to my broken test server I have installed on http://piwigo.esy.es a new fresh Piwigo 2.7.4.

Installed Plugins:
* Automatic Size
* Language Switch
* Mobile Theme for Tablets
* Video JS (latest version from GitHub)

Have installed under /galleries 3 new directories: /only_pics (4), /only_videos (2), /pics_and_videos (4).

Due to the fact that I do not have root rights, I was not able to install ffmpeg and mediainfo. For all *.mp4 I have created the thumbnails manually.

As expected, when going in /pics_and_videos I am not able to see the videos, even the thumbnails for the videos are not visible - only a white X.
PLEASE click the first picture and gor forward.
A new strange behavior on this site is the fact, that when clicking „More Information“ on a non visible thumbnail of a video, I will redirected to the main page of the provider http://www.hostinger.de/fehler_404.

Please keep in mind, when going to /only_videos all video are playable - this is a different view to the view when going to /pics where a picture is the the first item - here I can wipe left and right on my screen to go for-or backwards.

Hope this helps to find a solution.

Hi,

I have the same issue on the smartpocket theme, to play a video you need to click on the 'More Information' button rather than the play icon.

Looking at the html source this is what I see when I look at the 'More Information'
