I received an error, and have posted what I did to correct the matter.  I'm not sure if this is something that you'd want to add as a control or autocheck to validate things before/after done:

Cause:
Deleted all albums from site after configuring community plugin

Logged in as user and Uploading new photos via site (not as admin)

admin tools lists:
Undefined index: in /home2/public_html/photos/include/functions_html.inc.php on line 133

Resolution:
I corrected this by reconfiguring community albums.
reCreated community album, moved users album under community.
