I'm using darktable to work on my photos. With the photo gallery software I used before, the tags I added with darktable were transferred to searchable tags in the gallery. With Piwigo, this doesn't work anymore. I digged a bit to find out why, and found that darktable stores the tags in XMP metadata, which doesn't seem to be read by Piwigo?

To be precise, the information is stored in Xmp.dc.subject and Xmp.lr.hierarchicalsubject. I need this information to be transferred to Piwigo tags.

Is there any plugin I didn't find yet, or plans to implement that? I'd be a happy beta tester. :-)
