I renamed the plugin folder from my file manager, and that allowed me to access piwigo site again. I uninstalled the plugin.
Hi Manu,
I'm sorry my plugin caused you troubles.
I'm glad you figured by yourself how to get rid of it and were successful in bringing back your Piwigo gallery online.

Actually the problem was different, I was using the construct:
(new Object())->method()
Which isn't supported until PHP 5.5 if memory serves well.
I've released Preload 0.3.3 which should address this problem and which should also fix some other issues crashing the preloading in corner cases.
Manu, I would greatly appreciate if you could try it again with 0.3.3.
Thanks,
Fif.

Hi,
love love LOVE the extension. Really helps to make the experience smooth. I found a bug on my install I'd like to share with you.
I tried the plugin without the Automatic Size extension and Preload didn't work (same/similar error) when browsing a photo, so I installed Automatic Size and activated and Preload worked great. Now if I browse my album, I click the Photo Size and see the Automatic option is checked along with the size of the photo. This is good. Now if I uncheck Automatic to see the rest of the photos as a explict size, then I receive the following error.
I am using the Dark theme but the error exists in the Elegant theme as well. The easy option is not to turn off automatic but I can be sure my guests would try to break it.

Hi,
I think I found a bug, see main.inc.php line 197, shouldnt it be like this:
$img = new DerivativeImage($size, $srcImg);
Hi,
I would love to the capabilities of this plugin but it doesn't seem to work. I got an error when using it initially.
After installing the Automatic Size plugin it works like a charm and is a great addition on my ReadyNAS 104. This unit doesn't have a lot of HW so the Preload really makes a difference.
Thanks,
