Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I am new to Piwigo, I would like to set up a community where all new created albums to default private / admin all uploaded photos to default private / admin.

My friends and I have smart phones full of images and videos and I would like them be able to
register @ whyted.com/ and have albums / images to default private for there access only. 

how do I set up permissions ?
