Hello/Hi/Greetings,
I upload photos by FTP and they will not sync. All photos are 1080 pixels by 720 pixels
I can manually add photos just not with ftp. When I click on Sync it will give me an error msg. "Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/sfgumbo/2016.mempics.com/admin/site_update.php on line 490." It does add folders, but not any photos.

Hi Sfgumbo,
Did you uncheck the box 'simulation'?
Did you check the box 'directories+files'?
Did you check the box 'search in sub-albums'?
before synchronisation, there are 'easy' mistakes!
Also I would recommand that you try step by step : directories only first and then one elementary album in order to check if your host can afford the load.

Thank you for your suggestions. I was able to get my photos to show up; however, for almost a year I had been able to click on quick local sync and it would update all my albums. For some reason it stopped doing that, but now with your suggestions I can at least update each album individually. It takes more time, but it works. Thank you for taking the time to answer my plea.

your server is now not powerful enough (RAM) to process the whole sync. Maybe you hosting changed or the gallery became too big

My gallery probably got too big. I shoot high school sports and I got about 95000 images on it so far this year. At least I know what to expect for the rest of this school year and plan for next year. Thank you for the info.
