Hello/Hi/Greetings from Peter, On your site you have a great demo called: Theme Stripped has a fixed width and hidden menu, specific homepage created with the Additional Pages plugin, a nice image banner and Contact Form plugin. Unquote - Is it possible to get it somewhere as an example to start with as it takes a lot of effort with steep learning curves to make something like that. I would realy have an example to play with and customize it to my own liking. Thanks Peter de Bruin

Hello
you need to learn a bit how a server works (the big picture only) then learn html and css a bit which the easiest technical thing you can learn about the web. Online tutorials are available easily and are very good http://www.w3schools.com/html/ http://piwigo.org/doc/doku.php?id=user_ … :customize ... And french tutorial exist on the french Doc http://fr.piwigo.org/doc/doku.php?id=ut … _d_accueil but to really understand it you need to know what you are doing : it may be a good point to start learning html through that practical example

Hello Flop25, The question for an template came up as I wanted to have a quickstart. I believe that other initial users would like to have the same choice, that's take your favorite and play with it instead of hasseling with all the modules right from the start. For your info I have been working with Piwigo earlier some two years ago with Dreamweaver and PHP see : www.lamantijn.nl. So HTML is not the point it's a matter of convenience for the user. Why invent if it's already there. Thanks anyway for your quick responses, Peter
