Unable to see contents from public side

Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I'm a new user. I've installed Piwigo, created some albums and uploaded photos. Everything looks good from the Admin side. I've made sure, I think, that everything's public and all the photos are set for Everybody to see. However, when I log out, the menu's showing that there aren't any photos and the menu doesn't go anywhere. I've yet to set a Home page, so maybe that's the problem?

Piwigo version: 2.8.0
PHP version: 5.6.20 (Show info) [2016-04-30 01:59:04]
MySQL version: 5.6.30 [2016-04-30 11:59:04]
Piwigo URL: http://deborahedwardphotographs.com

Any thoughts will be tremendously helpful. It's obviously something simple and more to do with my expectations than the system itself.

Thanks.

Re: Unable to see contents from public side

Hello Deborah,

First thoughts:

Did you configure anything through local file editor ? e.g.$conf['guest_access'] = false;
What if you login with a non admin user ?
Have you populated the albums with pics ? Piwigo does not show albums without pics.

Re: Unable to see contents from public side

Hi. Thanks so much for checking and replying so quickly. I've actually just figured it out. I'd locked everything thinking it was just to stop users from changing the gallery. I've now unlocked all the albums and they're properly visible. It's looking lovely, too, with the Stripped theme. Again, thanks.

I do have one other question, though. Is it possible to edit the 'About' section so it's about the site rather than Piwigo?
