Hello,
I would like to see a plugin that allows a click on the image to bring up the full size image. Like the stripped-responsive theme does. I don't like anything else about that theme otherwise I'd use it. I know visitors can get it by clicking the size button, but nobody seems to know what that is. I've had several people ask me how they can see the full size image and I have to keep explaining to people what button to push and it's getting tiresome. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi!
Did you try automatic size?
Or
Lightbox?
It should do what you want no?

I do have automatic resize on, but that doesn't effect the image click. The lightbox sort of does it, but it bypasses the image page completely just opening up the image in a box, and even that isn't the full size one.
Basically what I want is the normal image page display, but when someone clicks on the image itself it will then load the full size instead of loading the next image in the gallery. I don't see a plugin that does this, and the only theme that seems to do it is stripped-responsive.
Hello,
I am looking for a plugin to do this also.
Have you had any luck finding an alternative?

Great suggestion, I also see that as a problem.
automatic size does not work (bootstrap theme)
The only alternative I've found is to use the 'stripped' theme.
I see, but it's hard to find, isn't it? I just come up with a solution, you can use some image resizer, e.g. GIMP, etc. to downsize these images and save them in a folder, and also store the larger images. When users click the small image, show the original image. Won't it be easier? Hope it helps.

I'd like to be able to do that too.
