I found a missing value in the enum for the section column in the history table, 'contact'. Running this following script corrects this:

ALTER TABLE piwig.history MODIFY COLUMN section ENUM('categories','tags','search','list','favorites','most_visited','best_rated','recent_pics','recent_cats','additional_page', 'contact');

I discovered this when a guest visits the contact page.
