Hi

One of my users that is configured as "Webmaster" has lost rights to add users (cannot even see users listed when doing user admin), delete photos, create albums, etc.

I logged in as another "Webmaster" user and attempted to deleted the broken "Webmaster" user, so I could recreate that user, but could not delete it.

How do I fix this "Webmaster" user ID?
