I cam across a tool by Mozilla that allows to translate a web application in place, making it easier to contextualize what is translated.

Demo : https://pontoon.mozilla.org/ (the presentation website itself is translatable)

The translation machinery is localized on Mozilla servers and use a GitHub robots to make commits (like Lexiglot).

I think it would be cool to give it a try. The only big constraint is to adapt our translation methods and dictionaries (They say there is a bunch of l10n frameworks supported but don't give the full list)
