Hi

I'm learning how to develop my own theme. I have a floating top menu which is working nicely for normal users but if an admin logs in, the admin menu is hidden behind my menu. I have transparency so I can see it but it's like a z-index is preventing access to the menu. I can't find which template file or line of code building the admin menu?
