Hi!

I have a strange problem where the thumbnails in the sidebar for the "First Page" and "Last Page" aren't being displayed.  All that is there is a "First Page - Go back to the album" and "Last Page - Go back to the album" text box.  I'm attaching a picture of what I'm talking about.

Is there a way to get these generated manually?  Is there something I'm doing wrong?
