Upload Photo Stalls
Hello
New Manual install.
All steps executed successfully.
Checked MySQL and 32 tables are formed.
All folders and files given full permissions.
All menu selections seem ok.
When photo is uploaded via web form, the orange status bar animates forever (34mb photo waited 5 minutes).
Tried moving photo .jpg's to photo/galleries via ftp, then synchronize, still no photos show in album.
Piwigo version: 2.9.1
PHP version: 7.0.21
MySQL version: 5.7.19
Server IOS: Windows Server 2008R2

there are two symptoms described here which can have separated causes
So let's focus on the ftp one
"Tried moving photo .jpg's to photo/galleries via ftp, then synchronize" And when synchronizing there are messages displayed? What are they?

When I press Synchronization, there is no message.
Summary page shows 0 photos.
Admin user is Mark_F and pwd is lct_photo
I can give you .ftp access if that would help.
