I couldn't find anything in search so I'll ask here...

I plan on using FTP+sync to get about 50k images on the server and have members of the forum I run crowd source the album assigning and tagging.  What's the best way to manage that?  I'm very new to Piwigo and have only created some albums and done some uploading/FTPing to test it.  If you don't know which album the photos will end up in when you ftp do you just put them in a gallery you create, assign them to an album (and tag them), then make the original gallery hidden?  Do I have that right?  Is there a better way?  The photos can't be sorted prior to uploading them.
