In the wiki at
https://piwigo.org/doc/doku.php?id=dev: … s_executed
at the end of the Plugin architecture section, it says
A complete reference of core triggers is available at tool/triggers_list.php into your Piwigo installation
This is very slightly wrong -- should be "tools", not "tool". Didn't waste much of my time, checking the directory tree on my server made it immediately clear what was wrong. But still should be fixed.
The wiki user guide at
https://piwigo.org/doc/doku.php?id=about:wiki
says ordinary users should be able to edit pages, but I don't see any "edit this page" links on any pages I've checked. Or I would have fixed this already.
Am I missing something about the wiki or should I be reporting this as a (minor) website bug, or what?

I've also wondered this.
Is it possible to get access to edit the wiki? I'd be interested in helping with documentation too.

Fixed. Thanks for the correction.
