The author of Evile_Blog has not been active for years. Still it us useful and works, as long as it would be possible to control its placement on the album.

You can choose to let it be visible on the Main and Category pages, or one or none. However, it places itself just below the header and there seem to be no way to control where you want it if that is not a viable option.

Turns out my album thumbnails have space on its right side, I could have a small blog flowing from below header and along the height of the album, but it does not seem possible to achieve.

Using Piwigo 2.9.5 with Greydragon Theme and zero custom code. I intend to keep zero custom code.
