Hello
I have tried performing the auto upgrade and get errors as the one below when viewing pictures
Notice: Undefined index: display_fromto in /var/www/ourlifeinpixs/include/category_cats.inc.php on line 315
the manual upgrade instructions tell me to do the following
Remove all files of your current Piwigo installation, with the following exceptions, do NOT delete these directories:
galleries
upload
plugins
themes
template-extension
local
_data
I have backed up the complete site
my question is, the new version contain all the above folders in it won't they overwrite the current data
Piwigo 2.10.1
Operating system: Linux
PHP: 7.2.19-0ubuntu0.18.04.2 (Show info) [2019-10-28 14:12:09]
MySQL: 5.7.27-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 [2019-10-28 13:12:09]
Graphics Library: ImageMagick 6.9.7-4

Unpacking/installing from .zip will not overwrite data, but all program files and core plugins and themes. Additionally installed plugins and themes will not be touched and may have to be updated and re-activated separately.

Ok I blew off all files and folder except the one noted below and in the instructions
galleries
upload
plugins
themes
template-extension
local
_data
uploaded the current version of Pwigo and site came right back up but I'm still getting the errors:
Notice: Undefined index: display_fromto in /var/www/vetiraq/include/category_cats.inc.php on line 119
Notice: Undefined index: display_fromto in /var/www/vetiraq/include/category_cats.inc.php on line 315
Notice: Undefined index: display_fromto in /var/www/vetiraq/include/category_cats.inc.php on line 315
Notice: Undefined index: display_fromto in /var/www/vetiraq/include/category_cats.inc.php on line 315
Notice: Undefined index: display_fromto in /var/www/vetiraq/include/category_cats.inc.php on line 315
119 shows the following
f ($conf['display_fromto'])
{
if (count($category_ids) > 0)
{
$query = '
and 315 shows this:
if ($conf['display_fromto'])
{
if (isset($dates_of_category[ $category['id'] ]))
{
$from = $dates_of_category[ $category['id'] ]['from'];
$to = $dates_of_category[ $category['id'] ]['to'];
Did a plugin create some error in MySQL? Just guessing
anything else you can think of to take a look at
Thanks for you help
