Trying to reinstall Piwigo from scratch, but it will not connect to the database.
I know that the login details are correct, because I can connect with phpMyAdmin on the host server.
I'm Stumped as to what is wrong.
Any ideas?

PHP version: 7.3.15
MySQL version: 4.4.15.10
