Hello/Hi/Greetings,
sorry if this question was answered before, I didn't find any matches.
I'd like my users to search my gallery, but the results should not be photos but only links to the albums/subalbums.
Is there any way to to this?
The reason is that my (>3000) photos are not tagged, but put in a hierarchy of categories (like year > country > place). So if they search for "place" I'd like them to find the album/category and not single photos.

Album names ARE searched, but I don't know of any way to exclude photo results.
However, if I drop down the album list in my menu, then I can use the browser find function.

Where can I find the SQL query where the results are generated?
Maybe it just needs a small tweak?
This would really improve usability for my users.

I've been looking for a similar feature or plugin. 10's of thousands of photos tagged, but organized in album hierarchy. If I search for a keyword like "travel", it will pull up thousands of travel photos, but I want a way to see the albums that contain photos with that tag.
I've been using the album drop-down in the menu mentioned above, but it would be much more convenient to browse the album cover for ease of identifying albums.
