Installing an extension

I've spent 2 hours trying to work out how I install this extension, can someone explain this in very easy to understand English please

I was hoping it would somehow come active on plugin screen but no

I can unzip the file but then what???

I'm using the web version of Piwigo

Thanks

Re: Installing an extension

Go to Admin -> Plugins -> Manage, Other plugins available, in the Filter field type Update Album, click Install on found plugin, click Activate after successful installation.

Well, now that you already manually unzipped it hopefully at the right place in your installation you may just need to activate it in the Plugins list.

Thanks for reply, you wrote....

I found Admin, and then went to Plugins ok, but nowhere do I have "Other Plugins available", so I am still stuck on this one sadly!

Can you send screenshot to show me where "Other Plugins available" is because it's not showing on my Piwigo

Thanks

Re: Installing an extension

You missed the "Manage" part, a menu entry just under Plugins, then that has three tabs "Plugins list", "Check for updates" and "Other plugins available".

Re: Installing an extension

Thanks for helping......

>>> You missed the "Manage" part, a menu entry just under Plugins, then that has three tabs "Plugins list", "Check for updates" and "Other plugins available".

Underneath "Manage" I have
Advanced Menu Manager
Akismet
AStat.2
Contact Form
Fotorama
Grum Plugin Classes
GThumb+
LocalFiles Editor
Properties Mass Update
PWG Stuffs
Take a Tour

Listed under "Plugins List" (to the right) I have my Active Plugins and Inactive Plugins

Nowhere can I see "Check for updates" and "Other plugins available".

Re: Installing an extension

Thanks, but.....

I only have one single Tab named "Plugins List" the second and third tabs on your screenshot are not on my view, I have no tabs named "Check for Updates" or "Other plugins available"

Maybe I need another Plugin to be active to get these two extra tabs?

I would add image but I don't know how to on here
