Wasn't sure whether to post this here or in the extensions part of the forum, as it seems to be a request for an extension.

I've seen a lot of posts about watermarks, but haven't seen this request.

How about the user having the ability to upload one transparent png to use as an overlay for all photos in individual albums?  Seems like the solution would involve more css than programming.

That would allow up to a full size overlay/watermark that
1. Wouldn't affect the original photos
2. Would add the functionality of having a different overlay/watermark for each album?
