Always show empty albums

Hello,

The permissions are okay (the users are members of a group which is permitted to the album and they see it as soon as there is a photo in it).

This behaviour is documented in the wiki (http://piwigo.org/doc/doku.php?id=user_ … management): "By the way, empty albums are automatically hidden."

Is there a possibility to change this behaviour, so that all albums are displayed even if they do not contain any photos (provided the users have permissions)? A workaround would be to put one dummy photo into each album, but a simpler method would be preferable (e.g. a switch somewhere in

Thank you!
