Greetings,

On a new local installation of Piwigo on Raspbian. I cannot add picture with the Web Form (others options with Sync work ok)

The web form page remains empty/blank (I cannot even try to add a picture).

When I look at the browser dev tools (with any browsers), I see the following exception:

bzaqw.js:21 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'selectize' of undefined
    at m.fn.init.jQuery.fn.pwgAddAlbum (bzaqw.js:21)
    at admin.php?page=photos_add&section=direct:253


Environment details, Administration > Tools > Maintenance:

Piwigo 11.3.0
Operating system: Linux
PHP: 7.3.27-1~deb10u1 (Show info) [2021-02-21 17:16:23]
MySQL: 5.5.5-10.3.27-MariaDB-0+deb10u1 [2021-02-21 17:16:23]

Graphics Library: External ImageMagick 6.9.10-23

====> this was caused by the missing php73-gb package . For some reason the red message was displayed at the bottom of the page and was only visible by scrolling - works fine after adding the package
