Hello, thank you very much for such an excellent and brilliant development, I just started in piwigo and I have 2 doubts;
1) Only the administrator and the web master can upload photos, but they can delete and add users. How do I so that other types of users can also upload photos? and cannot remove or add users.
2) How do I upload videos, I have installed the jplayer plugin, but I can't find a way to upload the videos, when I do it in the normal way, to upload photos, it says to administer only format for photos.
