Hello/Hi/Greetings,
What I would like to request is for the user to have the ability to identify and join one or more groups at registration time or any time after.
I've seen the advantage of using a group album with access to a single individual. Kinda like that thought.
Also I've done some dinking with the database. I've modified the mediumit(8) -> int(12) on the userid / image_id on all of the tables that I have found it on. The software works fine, until I try to add new photographs. It does work, but does not display the way I would want it to. Should I look at the .css files for further adjustments? I haven't yet figured out what you've done for display of some of this stuff. No hurry, I've got decades to dink with this stuff.

In admin go to Users > Groups and click on options of group to "Set as group for new users" for all the groups you want.

Yea, I did that. I like the result.
What I was thinking is that any user would be interested in joining any number of groups. I'm playing with tags right now. They seem to be focused on the photo rather than the user. Good to have but I am looking for groups for the users to join at registration time...After all these years. I should be able to modify the code myself. But this is not COBOL.....
