Updated to 12.2 , almost all plugins are INOP

Piwigo 12.2.0
Betriebssystem: Linux
PHP: 7.4.27 (Info anzeigen) [2022-01-17 11:28:13]
MySQL: 10.3.32-MariaDB-log-cll-lve [2022-01-17 12:28:13]
Grafikbibliothek: External ImageMagick 6.9.10-68
I updated from 11.5 to 12.2, almost all Plugins are not working, they are deactivated.
When I want to activate them I receive following in red """ x ein Fehler ist aufgetreten""""
Only these Plugins are active
- Admin Tools
- LocalFiles Editor
- Take A Tour of Your Piwigo
What is the problem here ?

When I try to switch one of the plugin on I receive the following message :
- Invalid URL - plugin add_head_element not active
- Invalid URL - plugin AdditionalPages not active
- and so on

I cannot activate or deactivate the plugins the are in gray, see the photo I attached yesterday
