Hello. I recently had to reinstall my piwigo instance, and discovering that it only generates thumbnails for each image on upload. The larger sized copies are not generated until a user tries to view a particular picture, resulting in a delay the first time each picture is viewed while the resized copies are created. I don't remember this behavior previously, but it's certainly possible I could be misremembering.
Is it possible to have piwigo automatically generate all resized copies of a photo after upload? or alternatively, is there some batch way to do that for all photos already uploaded?
This is with piwigo 12.2.0, and I'm uploading photos via the digiKam export plugin, in case that makes a difference.
Thanks.

Hello !
Are you sure that your files have a correct name : without space or accent etc ?
When there is a faulty name for the file, the thumbnails are displayed, but not the full size image.

Hello. Yes, pretty certain. This is happening for all of my images, not just some, and note that the larger images are successfully generated when the user tries to view them, it just takes a few seconds for each one as it's generated on demand rather than in advance.

You can generate the derivatives after upload in Admin -> Photos -> Batch Manager, choose Predefined filter Basket (if the upload batch is still in there) or Latest import, Refresh photo set, Selection All, Action choose Generate multiple size images, pick which or All, Apply action.
