Dear Devs and Piwigo Users

As I'm olny using Piwigo by sycing from the local directory, I would love to see an import filter, so Piwigo would not search these directories.

My normal File structire for every day/event I create content (can be with a camera, drone, iPhone, GoPro..)

Year\PrefixDate_Event\
- For each device (regardless if I used it or not, the scriipt creates this)
-- RAW
-- HDR
--Panorama
-- Video

- Output Files
--- 4k_Logo1

and so on, I hope you get the idea.

Now I don't need to sync the RAW directory, as there shoudl be no file to present.
Furhter if I do a timelapse with 2000+ images, there is no need to sync these either.

As I have "standart" directory names, it would be VERY useful to have a regex or something along these lines, to filter out local directories.
