Hello,
When I login to Piwigo.com, and I click the 'Help Me' link, I am told:
"If you have any question, Piwigo community will welcome you on its forum: http://piwigo.org/forum".
As Piwigo.org (self-hosted) and Piwigo.com (hosted version) are two different things, it might not be clear to everyone that Piwigo.com users also use the Piwigo.org forum.
Would it be an idea to create a separate forum section for Piwigo.com?
Kind regards, tkrr

That may be a good idea. Self-hosting users here can only help with "how do I ... with ..." for piwigo.com questions, but not with how to install additional plugins or modify things beyond what the interface of piwigo.com offers (which most probably don't even know) as any further low level editing or tweaking is not possible there.

Do I need to do something to make it happen?
Or is anything in Requests picked up eventually, if deemed relevant?

The question to have a section on Piwigo.org forums dedicated to Piwigo.com clients has been under reflection. Quickly rejected. Even the idea to have a dedicated forum to Piwigo.com has been rejected.
The Piwigo.com support is managed by emails (for us, it's a ticket support software) and remains private. Actually many clients don't want their questions to be public.
There is no problem for a Piwigo.com client to come on Piwigo.org forums to get some help. They must simply understand that they're not client here. Just users. They can't expect more than help from the Piwigo Community :-)

Hello plg,
Thanks for your reply explaining why the request was rejected!
I will just add the tag ' piwigo.com ' to my topics then,
as I have from the start, to easily find.
And of course I'll mention Piwigo.com in topic title.
Kind regards, tkrr
