Batch Downloader Plugin - where are the downloads?

Hello all,

I feel like a total idiot, having installed and activated the Batch Downloader Plugin

https://piwigo.org/ext/extension_view.php?eid=616

I have the download button visible, I choose my photo size, conform with the following dialogue and it redirects to a blank page. On the admin page, in the plugin settings, there's a table showing the downloads.

My silly question is, where are they kept and how do i get them onto my local machine?

Thanks,
Nick.

Environment

    Piwigo 13.8.0
Installed on 7 October 2022, 1 year 5 days ago
    Operating system: Linux
    PHP: 8.1.22 [2023-10-13 20:01:15]
    MySQL: 10.11.5-MariaDB-log [2023-10-13 20:01:15]
    Graphics Library: ImageMagick 7.1.0-62
    Cache size 3145.44 MB

P.S. I love Piwigo, thank you to everyone that contributes to it.

Have you tried the default theme? If you see it on there but not your active theme, that would help with troubleshooting

Re: Batch Downloader Plugin - where are the downloads?

SAME PROBLEM.  Has anyone gotten this to work reliably?   I kept trying different combinations of keystrokes, and I got a download once.   Now I am trying different web browsers,  Win10 laptop versus Linux workstation, different themes (including bootstrap_darkroom as mentioned),  reboot my web server (Almalinux 8.8 running php 8.1),  no selinux errors, deleted and re-installed the plugin, My wife's login versus mine, tried flagging "debug template" (didn't work--got known error), and looked in my server logs for errors (nothing interesting).    How do I troubleshoot this?

Re: Batch Downloader Plugin - where are the downloads?

Hi! I have the same problem, just learned to live with it ;)
Found that the archives can be found in \config\www\_data\download_archives\
so still the plugin is somehow useful - when you are the admin of the web site and have access to this folder!

Re: Batch Downloader Plugin - where are the downloads?

I have the download button visible, I choose my photo size, confirm the following dialogue and it immediately presents: Home / Batch Downloader / Generate ZIP.  On the admin page, in the plugin settings, there's a table showing the downloads.   No zip file created in download_archives.   PIWIGO 13.8.0.   Please help.
