I've made the mistake of being an early adopter before. It was much more headache than it was worth.
Since, then I always stay at least one sub-version behind. It is not meant to be a criticism at all, PLG. You guys make really good stuff, but this is just the reality of software.

I have a second gallery site that doesn't see much traffic, and I'm happy to do beta testing there.
But the last two RCs didn't work for me due to file permission issues.
