After updating the Linuxserver Piwigo docker container to 14.5.0, I am redirected to the setup page only, where I have to enter the name of the database etc.
Will I ruin things by running the setup?
Or is there a way to get things back in order?

If you are getting the setup page that means the database credentials most likely are not being found or they changed. Can you confirm the database exists in your database container?
