Hello,

When I set my site language to Nederlands (NL) I'm seeing 2 issues:

1. 'Tags' only gets translated after at least 1 tag has been entered
2. 'Who can see this photo?' is shown in English and remains without value for accounts in the Users group. Only admins see the translation and value.

I'm also seeing some weird translations, but I signed up dor the translation tool to suggest corrections.
