Hi,

I am currently evaluating using Piwigo for our K-12 school in Uruguay. I think Piwigo is right for our photo repository and most likely we'll install it self-hosted. The main issue is that the repository will be fed by teachers on school mobiles, and they should be able to create albums and upload pictures without being administrators. I read somewhere in the doc that to be able to upload photos from the app you have to be an administrator. Is that so?

Also, is there a test server that I can use to test the app?
