After activation of the Media Icon plugin the icons are not shown and on the general settings page I get 2 types of  'warnings' (multiple times)

The icons on the result part of the page are shown!
The 'Advanced' setting page is working!
But for a e.g. a pdf file in the gallery, the icon is not show and there are no error or warning logs created.

The mentioned *.tpl.php file are deleted by the plugin/piwigo, so I could not check there code.

The plugin is available for galleries under *.piwigo.com. So I could not check it there.

Since I'm using Piwigo in a Docker container, it would be good to know, if this problem is also under a 'native' installation.

I can provide the test docker images, the compose file & the tar of the local directories.
