Hello/Hi/Greetings,
I us piwigo on my localhost and  want to tag some photos with the name of the country it was taken with "istanbul" or "İstanbul" but
it is not listed in the tags. Each time to tag it as "istanbul" or "İstanbul" I have to type "istanbul" or "İstanbul"
