Translation error
Hello/Hi/Greetings,
There is an error in the Russian language package. The "Add new plugin" option --> Add-->
the message appears "Are you sure you want to "DELETE" the plugin. And it should be "ADD"

The problem is of a slightly different type.
The translation in the language file is correct, but when you click "add plugin", the phrase "remove plugin" appears
