It would be nice if MD5, thumbnails and exif data would be imported/actualize during syncronisation :)

If you expand the "External Trigger URL" section at the bottom of the plugin's page, there's a browser URL can you use ... you could probably use curl or some other Linux command-line utility to "call" that and see if it works for you.

I tried to run this "External Trigger URL" via curl and wget, but with no success. If someone discovers the way to run it automatically, please share your finding ;)
