How to allow other users to view certain albums?

Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I'm wanting to use Piwigo as a platform for sharing pictures with other users who can sign-in.  I have Version 15.5.0 installed and am in the process of testing.  I have a Group defined along with some non-administrative (i.e., ordinary) user accounts defined.  When those ordinary users create albums and upload photos into them it appears that they are the only ones who can view them other than administrators.  I have not been able to find any way for them to grant permissions to other users.

While there may be cases where this would be the desired behavior it seems to me that there is nothing particularly strange about wanting others to be able to view the pictures.  Am I crazy?  Is there a way for ordinary users to grant permissions?

Re: How to allow other users to view certain albums?

Reviewing documentation allowed me to find the following:

Editing permissions on an album

To edit permissions on an album, you need to edit this album:

     Either from your gallery, by visiting this album's page and clicking on the edit icon;

     Or from the administration, by going to the album list (Albums > Manage menu) and clicking on the edit icon.

In this case the first option is the choice.  However, I cannot find an edit icon anywhere on the page.
