Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I am having issues logging out as admin.  I have to logout several times before it works.  If I go to an incognito tab I am logged in as another user.  Sounds like a cache thing?  I purged all of the cache items under maintenance.

At times (not all the time) I am receving this fatal error:
