I'm admin of a piwigo instance of local naturefriends association and I do face the issue that I can not update to latest version or load some new themes or plugins due to I get error "Check for update failed for unknown reasons." or "Connection to server unavailable.".

if I do curl to https://piwigo.org/ I do get 403 Forbidden.

could it be that our servers IP 152.53.51.63 is blocked for some reason?
