Can't upload pictures. I keep getting.....
Just recently started.

Piwigo setting upload_form_chunk_size (500kB) should be smaller than PHP configuration setting upload_max_filesize (2kB)

I saw that I need to restart stuff or change some parameters on SQL but I have minimal knowledge of using the commands.. I used to do some unix years ago but would like instructions on this for the novice.
My server is on Dreamhost.
