New release 16.3.0 with many bugs fixed, including security issues.

Starting from this version 16.3.0, Piwigo will detect if you are running a Piwigo official Docker image. If so, the update page will make you follow the Docker updates instead of the Piwigo updates.

Many users have reported difficulties to update from 16.1.0 to 16.2.0. It was due to the position of the update button. We haved fixed it in version 16.3.0 but you still have the design issue to update your 16.2.0. See [Forum, topic 34672] What happened to the auto update icon?
