disable upload for certain categories
How do I set-up so that users cannot upload to certain folders? I still want them to be able to see the categories, but I don't want others to be able to post in all the categories.

I explain (in french, you should understand only by looking at the code to modify...) how to authorize upload in only one category.
I can do more for the moment, but I note that it should be configurable to disable in some defined categories for the next version...
