Here are the stuffs to be (normally !?) added in the next release of PHPwebGallery
(me suis pris la liberté de le faire a ta place z0rg ... j'espere que ca te derangeras pas trop !!)

- Use the EXIF tags
- Show the number of hits for each pics
- Show the total numbers of comments in each pictures main pages (desolé, trou de memoire, je ne savais plus comment ou disait miniatures ! lol)
- management of user groups having same the permissions
at the time of the upload of an image, the user should be able to leave a small comment for the webmaster (which could be taken again for the main comment of the image)
install a mechanism of header and footer to be included on each page... (just for easily put a logo for a site)
- authorize the upload only in certain categories
- to include an anti-flood system for the comments users and also to prevent the post of the empty comments
- if a subcategory has a recent image, to put the same icon for all the on-categories
- vote of the visitors
- Private messages
- option allowing of not to log again and again at each visit
- option to not have to validate pics sent to add them in the pics DB
- to make a category with the recent images, images the most seen, images best noted...
- not to use the number of the image in the category for the photo.php page but the id of the image. Like that, the link to the page will remain true whatever are the evolutions of the site.
- to return the name of the visitor depend on the language. In English, one should not see "visiteur" but "guest"
- to improve management of the history: to be able to disable it, improve (to make multilingual...) the main page of the results. To provide graphs...
- to check compatibility with the Opera Browser in details
- to make an automatic slideshow
- to be able to prohibit any personalization - to be able to put a maximum width and height to post as a default value
- to be able to select a list of images to be downloaded
- to prevent that the visitors could post comments under an used screenname
- to be able to add a title, comment, author with an uploaded image
- to be able to validate the comments before placing them on line
