Yes, I don't see that thumbnail directory are not used.

I never understood why synchro doesn't add index.php itself (optionnal).

We can add warning of missing index.php on synchro and add item on administration/maintenance with mod add_indexes?

If everyone is ok, I will add this feature on bugtracker!
