Encoding Problem
Hi!
I discovered a problem with character encoding, so I believe, in 1.3 (it worked in 1.2). This happens when I updates the database:
"Pappas_85_Ã¥rsdag" : The name of directories and files must be composed of letters, figures, "-", "_" or "."
so it seems that 1.3 is messing up some Swedish letters...
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I've added this verification : it's better to use only american ascii characters for filenames and directory names (better compatibility for any web browser all over the world)
